Good luck finding a pool chair when it's busy!!! Management could use a serious organizational overhaul, especially regarding staff communication and lighting issues in rooms. It feels like the place is stuck back in time.

The food was good and the breakfast was delicious and absolutely fantastic. The staff was excellent, best all the time. The hotel was in a central location on the island of Koh Chang. It was also close to which had cosey bean bags and nice breakfast with a lot of different options.

Main road separation is inconvenient.

Location is excellent, beautiful beach, infrastructure
The air conditioner blows right on the bed, had to turn it off, not a good quality room cleaning, no animation and entertainment, monotonous breakfasts.

The location and the environment
the supply of hot water is unstable and the housekeeping is really bad . They always missing something. They charged me before without any notice and no responds from email, no voucher even they charged. I needed to send email many many times to get the voucher Even I got the voucher , they had mistake in calculation

Great spot for a chill getaway!
Had such a nice time relaxing by the pool, and the cocktails during happy hour were a hit! The staff was super friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Our room was cozy with a lovely balcony view. Just wish the beach access was a bit better, had to walk to find a nice spot.
